Nice powdercoat, wider handle opening than some other brands which is more comfortable for both hand swings. This is the 16kg/35lb bell

I love this size. I can swing it and get the exercise I want from using it. I'm small and not into body building, but I'm toned and want to stay that way.

Been trying to add more elements into my workouts lately and a kettle bell is just what I needed. Helps build muscle and you get a good sweat to. Kettle bells are a bit easier than using standard dumb bells since your using both hands to lift a kettle bell. Game changer. I even purchased a heavier one for challenge when i am ready. I would recommend this kettle bell for sure.
