I really like this yoga mat. The grip is strong, and I feel more stable during yoga, stretching, and floor exercises. My hands and feet do not slide easily, which makes a big difference during poses like downward dog or lunges. The alignment lines are also very helpful, especially if you want to keep your hands, feet, and body position more even during practice. The mat feels supportive without being too bulky, and it rolls up easily when I’m done. What I appreciate most is that it feels practical for regular home workouts. It looks clean, feels sturdy, and gives me better control during movement. I’m giving it 5 stars because it is comfortable, non-slip, easy to use, and makes my yoga practice feel more stable.

I love to do daily yoga stretches in the morning and before bed. My old cheap yoga mat was torn apart and i needed a new one. This time i decided to invest on a good yoga mat. I believe this is one of the best yoga mat on the market. The price is worth it because the quality is top notch. I like the size, thickness and the look. It was a great buy!

I really like this yoga mat. The natural rubber gives it a solid, stable feel, and the non-slip grip makes it easy to stay focused during practice. The alignment lines are a nice bonus because they help with positioning without being distracting. It feels like a well-made mat that works well for everyday yoga and stretching.

I am keeping it rather than sending back and trying to find another one. This is the fourth mat I've tried.
This is good and not as heavy as all rubber. Grippy and good with one big "but." It is not a good cushion. If you have issues with knees on hard floors, this will not protect them without an added pad. I promise. My knees are pretty good, and I need to either put another mat under this or use a knee pad.
Other options, the basic 6mm gaiam is my next favorite. The
The cheapest ones that are not pvc or rubber are a little too slippy, but have good cushion and also are nice and stable for balancing.
The 10mm gaiam is junk. It stretches, doesn't grip, and is delicate. I used one class and it was getting dents and wear where hands and feet go for down dogs (I am not a big person, so… it wasn’t me).
So. I am keeping this one, but plan to use either over one of the studio's under it or get a knee pad. Or use on carpet.
Just done with searching and this was at the top of what I wanted to spend.
Note: I haven't used in class yet, just at home. So, I will change this review if it doesn't work in class and I have to return, but I expect it to be fine. Fingers crossed.
Another option so.eone at my studio likes that isn't wildly spendy is called Agoy. I kinda wish I had ordered that one instead, but….

I love everything that comes with it for the price. The non-slip is great compared to other mats I have had. It is thinner than I pictured, but I feel like it still has good cushion on it. I do love the lines on it to help keep you centered. It comes with a mesh bag and yoga mat straps. The straps are a lot quicker to get on, but I do love the bag just because the yoga mat is more secure.

I love the durability of this mat! I keep it in my car and take it everywhere with me. It’s great for yoga and excellent for the gym as well. The thickness is really good and helps maintain that durability when taking it around with me.

Search no more. This is a fantastic yoga mat. You’ll slide, but never slip. So well padded. Perfection. It’s for home practice or short trips to the studio though: it’s very satisfyingly heavy and long, you won’t want to travel with it.
